When moving, damage was caused by the moving company. Only after persistent inquiries was a replacement made after almost 2 months, which does not correspond to the quality of the original. Unfriendly contact by phone and no answers to mail when asked about claims adjustment. No log on the day of unloading damage. Promised payment modalities (2nd installment after unloading ..) were not adhered to, but full payment was requested before departure at the move-out location. Fewer helpers appeared for loading than were billed, the client's own contribution to compensate for the delay caused by extended breaks for the helpers! Around 1/3 of the moving volume was loaded and unloaded independently without any cost compensation. I would urgently advise against commissioning.
